The BIOCUIS secondary screening service uses RapidFire methods to provide researchers a competitive edge during secondary screening for lead compound identification. We support SAR programs via retesting of hits and IC₅₀ determination, as well as identification of K_i parameters.

The RapidFire platform allows quick follow up of potent hits without the need to change your assays or platform. Additionally, the RapidFire platform has been used to transfer assays from in vitro to more relevant model systems (such as cell assays, biological fluids and ex vivo experiments). With RapidFire screening, researchers achieve higher throughput, more accurate data and faster answers.
